Foxy Mustangs Terms and Conditions
Conditions Apply
All bookings are subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions of hire:
| 1. | Casual rate charges begin upon arrival at the pick up address. |
| 2. | Wedding package payments must be paid in full ten (10) days prior to the hire date. |
| 3. | Payment can be paid via direct bank account deposit, cash or bank cheque only. Credit cards are not accepted. |
| 4. | Prices are fixed at the time of booking. |
| 5. | Foxy Mustangs Pty Ltd reserve the right to abandon any booking/s, without refund of any deposits made, should total monies owed not have been received in accordance with previous conditions. |
| 6. | A $100 non-refundable deposit per car is to be paid at time of booking. Cars quoted and accepted will not be secured until the deposit is paid. |
| 7. | Refund of deposit due to cancellation will only be made if the same vehicles are able to be re-booked for the same date and minimum value. A $25 per car handling fee applies to any refund. |
| 8. | Foxy Mustangs Convertibles are licensed to carry three passengers only, our Stretched Mustang Limousine is licensed to carry seven passengers; our drivers are required by law to refuse additional persons. |
| 9. | Cars will not be driven on unsealed thoroughfares, exceptions are dirt/gravel driveways where a car can be driven at a slower pace. |
| 10. | We reserve the right to refuse the carriage of passengers if they are intoxicated. . |
| 11. | Foxy Mustangs will not be driven in a manner that would be considered breaking the law ie: illegal parking, speeding or hoon like behaviour. |
| 12. | Every effort is made to ensure all members of the Bridal party carried in our vehicles arrive to the destination on time, however Foxy Mustangs will not be held responsible if there is an unexpected delay ie: Road closure, inclement weather,traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown. |
| 13. | Due to the November 2009 changes to VicRoads child restraint regulations, children under 7 years of age will not be permitted to ride in a Foxy Mustang Convertible however child restraints are available in our Stretched Mustang Limousine - see www.vicroads.com.au |
| 14. | The hirer is liable for the cost of repairs if a car is damaged by any member of the Bridal party, guests or Photographer. |
| 15. | Foxy Mustangs will be responsible for the cost of repairs to clothing or possessions of the Bridal Party if it has been determined to be damaged by one of our drivers. |
